We're Open

Stay Safe & Keep Riding

Dear valued South Bay Cycle customers,
We remain open for sales, service, and repairs (below) pursuant to L.A. County and City of Manhattan Beach ordinances providing that  a bicycle facility is essential for transportation.  This is a dynamic situation, and we will continue to respond to evolving legal obligations.

The health of our employees and guests is our paramount concern. We follow CDC guidance, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures available. So, we are frequently cleaning surfaces like counters, door knobs, faucets, and touch screens. We are also cleaning all bikes and other merchandise that guests touch.

Our special requests:  *That guests remain at least 6 feet away from other guests and our staff.  *That you try to make an appointment to shop. *We will admit unscheduled guests as space and conditions permit.  *A sign is posted at each door asking guests to stop and wait to be checked in by our staff. *No one is admitted without a mask. If you don't have a mask, a new, disposable type mask may be provided if we have stock. However, supply has been unreliable and we have been out of stock most of the time.  *Test rides, bike fitting, and other activities that require closer distance are subject to our discretion. *We know this one is frustrating, but apparel try-on, return, and exchange are not permitted due to the risk of virus attaching to products. Please select the size and style carefully.

Please remember that you can always shop on our website for free in-store pickup. We will deliver new bike purchases to South Bay addresses free of charge.  You can also call us to make a purchase or schedule bike service. We are here to serve your cycling needs according to your convenience and consistent with everyone's safety.
